Portage Park Advisory Council (PPAC) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 2nd Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Saturday, Dec 8th, 2012 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Join Friends of Portage Park in the playground as we kick off the holiday season at Portage Park. Hot chocolate will be served as we enjoy holiday carols sung by a professional caroling group while Alderman Cullerton lights the tree at dusk.
